Our offices remain in both Middleton, Wisconsin and Bellevue, Washington.
The executive offices are out of Washington while our customer support team
is in Wisconsin supporting clients from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central Standard

While you may receive a new username in the future, you can continue to use your
pharmacy applications as you do today. Your account and passwords will remain
the same. If there are any changes that will affect how you use your account, we
will notify you in advance.
3. When will Healthprolink change its name to Pharmacy OneSource?
Healthprolink has effectively changed its name to Pharmacy OneSource as of
12/5/05. However, web site and other changes will occur gradually throughout
2006.
