Customer Service Representative - Second Shift
You'll build relationships with pharmacy professionals while supporting
web-based services for their facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for phone and email-based customer service and technical support, pre and
post-sale functions, data entry and additional administrative duties.
Experience with Internet, Microsoft Office products, including Excel, preferred.
Must enjoy phone contact with clients, have a capacity to learn new software
programs, be a team player and possess the ability to multi-task. Hours are
10:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m. The starting hourly rate is $12.50/hr. For immediate

Client Service Representative
Customer Service-Focused Account Management
You'll build relationships with pharmacy professionals from our Middleton
office over the phone while supporting web-based services for their facilities.
Client Service Representatives provide training and support for clients and are
responsible for renewal sales. Compensation includes a base salary plus renewal
bonus with the potential to reach over $40K your first year! Hours are 10:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
M-F.
Experience with Internet, Microsoft Office products, including Excel, required.

Database/Web Developers
Proven work experience in SQL, ASP.NET, ASP/JSP/php or equiv, Javascript, and
basic XML.

Application Integration Developer
If you have an intermediate level of SQL and networking experience (TCP/IP, Database
Connectivity (ODBC)) we would like to hear from you!
Responsibilities include the following:
- Interface hosted software solutions with hospital patient data systems
- Use MS SQL to map client data to hosted software database
- Apply TCP/IP concepts and principles, ODBC and DSN, and handle sensitive data in a HIPAA-compliant environment
- Provide processing logic of HL7 messages using Python language scripting
- Work closely with interface analyst team to provide the best customer interface solutions
Desired skills include: experience in a production database environment, familiarity with VPN setup, and an understanding of Regular Expressions.

Pharmacy Data Specialists
