Welcome to the WBAMC on-line Formulary! Search for a drug or print our Formulary. The pharmacy refill number has changed to (915) 742-1200. The SFMC pharmacy phone number has changed to (915) 742-1802. The Freedom Crossing pharmacy phone number has changed to (915) 742-9017. National Prescription Take Back Day will be available @ Freedom Crossing, Ft Bliss Commissary on Saturday, September 29th from 1000 to 1400 (2pm), and at WBAMC on Friday and Saturday the 28th and 29th from 1000 to 1400 (2pm).
