INFORMATION COLLECTED
Pharmacy OneSource wants to provide information of interest to its users and much of the information we provide is in response to user requests. In order to respond to your requests, we will need to use certain information about you. In addition, some of our services can be available only if we have information about your preferences and interests. Therefore, each of our users has the opportunity to complete a profile indicating their marketing and informational preferences and their site personalization preferences. For example, you can choose to have information selected for your areas of interest displayed when you sign on to Pharmacy OneSource. You also have the option of whether or not to allow selected third parties to send you marketing material and other information about their products and services. You may change any of these preferences at any time.

When you register to use Pharmacy OneSource we ask you to provide us with certain information, including your name, employer zip code, and e-mail address. If you choose to complete a profile of yourself, we will also collect additional information about you, your pharmacy specialties and your preferences regarding the type of information you wish to receive. We use this information to determine the types of information and services you are most likely to be interested in, and to direct this information to you. You may change your registration information at any time.

We will also ask you for information when you agree to be contacted about panel discussions or focus groups. We also collect information when you choose to respond to market surveys or questionnaires on the website.

USE OF INFORMATION
Except as described below, Pharmacy OneSource will not use or disclose any identifiable information about you to unrelated or unaffiliated companies or to any third parties without your prior authorization.

We will not disclose personal or identifiable information about you to third parties without your specific permission, except as necessary to provide you with services or information that you specifically request.

In addition, you can give us permission in your Pharmacy OneSource personal profile to provide your contact information to selected third parties to send you marketing material and information about their pharmacy related products, programs and services.

If you give us permission when you complete your Pharmacy OneSource personal profile, we use the information you provide in order to direct to you the type of information we think you are most likely to be interested in; for example, information of particular relevance to your marketplace interests or pharmacy specialties.

We also use the information you provide us in your profile to analyze use of our website and services and to make changes to both the design and content of the site in order to provide better service. We also may compile non-identifiable information about you and other users of Pharmacy OneSource ("aggregate information") and provide this information to third parties for market analysis and other purposes. For example, we might inform third parties about the number or percent of our users who practice in a particular pharmacy setting, who have management responsibilities, or who reside in certain geographic areas.

Identifiable information also may be provided to third parties in order to comply with legal requirements, including search warrants, court orders, and government audits.

USE OF COOKIES
PharmacyOneSource.com uses "cookies" to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your computer's hard disk by a Web page server and stores bits of information. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

On PharmacyOneSource.com, cookies are used by the web server when you sign-in to remember you from one page to the next. This allows PharmacyOneSource.com to deliver pages specifically personalized for you. Additionally, cookies are used when you elect to have our website "remember" your e-mail and password and bypass the sign-in process on each visit to the site. We have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures that we believe are reasonable to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect online. However, you provide information to us at your own risk.

HIPAA COMPLIANCE
Our software applications compulsively comply with HIPAA privacy and security regulations and we are happy to enter into a business associate agreement to facilitate your compliance with HIPAA regulations and commit us contractually to such privacy and security protections. We use very sophisticated encryption technologies to protect data as it is transmitted over the Internet. Legally, the license agreement that we both agree to when our applications are installed has language that says that we are an extension of your facility as a ‘business partner.’ We agree to hold all of your data confidential and there are remedies for non-compliance. Please review your license agreement for more detailed information. We take data security very seriously. For us, it’s all about trust.

We may provide on our site links to related sites maintained by third parties.
