Anne ContiVice President Client Services
Anne has almost 15 years of experience in healthcare IT in a variety of roles with deep experience in leading technology implementation and integration teams across a wide variety of customers and technology projects. She has overseen Epic implementation teams deploying a new EMR system at large IDNs and Academic Medical Centers to clinical teams implementing surveillance technology in single facility hospitals and across complex, multi-state hospital systems. Anne currently manages Pharmacy OneSource Service Operations including the implementation, support, clinical and reporting teams. Anne received an undergraduate degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University.
Aimee Dorn Vice President, Safety Sales and Account Management
With over 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare sales and account management including GE Healthcare and Healthgrades, Aimee has consistently driven double-digit growth and industry- leading client retention rates by implementing consultative selling methodologies and collaborative account management models. She believes that cultivating strong partnerships with clients is the only way to do business.
Aimee earned her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
Kristy DrollingerSenior Director, Product Management
Kristy has over 20 years of experience across diverse business domains in healthcare from direct-to-consumer to health insurance and provider businesses. She has led technology, analytics and product management teams in venture-backed start-ups and in the largest health services business in the US. Her background provides a unique perspective on how to help providers be successful in the new world of increasing financial risk for populations. Kristy received her undergraduate degree from the University of MN and her MBA from the University of St. Thomas. Kristy serves on the board for the University of St. Thomas Graduate Programs in Software to provide insight into educating and training the next generation of technology leaders.
Karen KobelskiVice President and General Manager
With over 20 years of leadership experience, Ms. Kobelski brings a wealth of general management, strategic planning, product management and operational excellence accomplishments to her role as General Manager. As a strategy consultant for a leading business integrator, Ms. Kobelski helped large financial institutions formulate and implement new product innovations to retain and grow market share. While as the Chief Administrative Officer for Deutsche Bank, Karen managed the global cash equities trading infrastructure.
After joining Wolters Kluwer in 2003 she has held several executive roles across the organization including General Manager of BizFilings, an online incorporation business where she introduced new branding, a new ecommerce platform and customer service innovations. Ms. Kobelski joined the Health Division in 2012 and has led the client and professional service teams of the Clinical Surveillance and Terminology unit along with the Product Management organization for Pharmacy OneSource. Karen assumed the General Manager role for the Clinical Surveillance & Safety business in 2015.
Ms. Kobelski holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University. She has a Six Sigma Black Belt and is certified in Pragmatic Marketing.
Matt MartinSenior Director, Product Development
Matthew Martin drives the company’s overall technology strategy and execution. With over 20 years of technology leadership experience, 15 years of which were spent exclusively in the healthcare space, Matt has successfully designed, shipped and evolved a variety of complex SaaS systems running at web scale. He has led far-reaching business transformations, taking several development teams to an Agile methodology of operation with a forward looking DevOps culture and practice. Matthew’s passions include the use of Big Data and real-time analytics to unlock customer value. He studied computer sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has a fascination with grid based elastic computing.
